Experience: 1-3 years
· Looking 2+ years of Experience in interacting with corporates in and outside Hyderabad.
· Good contacts and consistent track record of reaching targets.
· Compensation which includes base plus commission.
· Must have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in the IT industry and corporate training.
· Good understanding of corporate training business and Induction programs
· Identify new clients for providing corporate training .
· Develop relationships with business managers of clients
· Meet revenue and bottom line targets
· Self motivated with strong work ethics
· Extensive Experience in cold calling, and negotiating.
· Decent understanding of information technology systems and software
· Ability to work effectively with team members.
· Must be self-directed, team player and capable of exercising regular use of discretion and independent judgment.
